Frequently Asked Questions and Important Information

 

Shipping

 

All products are shipped to you with free postage and packaging, using Royal Mail or My Hermes standard delivery. Where possible, I use recycled boxes and packaging to help reduce my carbon footprint. I also use paper tape and paper bubblewrap in most of my orders.

 

 

How long will my order take?

 

All orders are handmade by myself and my aim is to complete and send them out within 5 to 7 working days. You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

 

During the busy season, I aim to send all orders within 10 working days.

 

Large wedding orders will take longer to make. Please send me a message so we can confirm processing times.

 

Please check your delivery address when placing an order. If Royal Mail or the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address supplied, the additional cost will be passed onto you.

 

Orders not received?

 

Please contact if you have not received your order within 10 days of your product being shipped. Enquiries with Royal Mail can take up to 14 days to resolve. 

 

Payments via PayPal and Credit/Debit Card

 

All major credit and debit cards are accepted and you can shop securely on the site.

If you have a PayPal account, this is an easy and efficient way to shop.

If you would to pay via bank transfer, please send me a message and I will arrange that for you.

 

Returns

 

If there is a problem or you are unhappy with an order, please contact me as soon as possible.

All custom and personalised items are non-refundable, unless I have made an order in error.
